Chicken liver pate, caramelised onion chutney, and toasted focaccia.

Braised beef steak, red wine and thyme gravy and chateau potatoes.
Roast pork loin steak with crushed sage and onion new potatoes and cider jus.
Pan fried fillet of sea bream with roast vegetable potato cake and chive cream sauce.
VEGETARIAN MAIN – Sweet potato and roast vegetable pithivier with chateau potatoes, tomato and pesto cream.
DESSERT
Dark chocolate torte with white chocolate sauce.
Pear and pistachio crumble tart with caramel sauce and vanilla pod ice cream.
Banana and toffee cheesecake with toffee sauce and chantilly cream.
Raspberry crème brulee with lemon shortbread.

STARTERS
Duck liver pate, beetroot chutney and toasted croute.
Spiced lentil and leek soup with herb croute.
Ham hock terrine with tomato chutney and focaccia bread.
Tandoori flavoured prawns with fresh mango, mint and yogurt and seasonal leaves.
MAIN
Balsamic and rosemary scented lamb rump with butternut squash and roast garlic potato.
Roasted belly of pork with apple and herb mash, and caramelised red onion gravy.
Pan fried breast of chicken, dauphinoise potato, wild mushroom, and red wine jus.
Baked herb crusted salmon fillet with crushed new potatoes, saffron and seafood cream sauce.
Roasted butternut squash and spinach gnocchi with basil, sun dried tomato, cream sauce, and parmesan shavings.
DESSERTS
Bitter chocolate and bourbon sponge pudding with spiced orange syrup.
Eton mess, crushed meringues, strawberries, and whipped cream served with berry compote and mint.
Lemon tart with raspberry coulis and clotted cream.

MAIN COURSE
Fillet of beef wellington with red wine jus and chateau potatoes.
(GF) Roasted supreme of smoked haddock served with king prawn chorizo, and roasted cherry tomato risotto.
Pan fried duck breast with roast garlic and parsnip potato cake, red wine jus and duck fritter.
Roast breast of guinea fowl, wrapped parma ham with red lentil potato and coriander rosti, with pineapple and tomato relish.
